I've only recently started to support the CU at Coombe Girls and we meet every Wednesday lunchtime. Our sessions consist of games, Bible study and prayer for the school and each other. The 6th Form girls help lead the group and plan special events including events for the whole school. Please pray for us, as we have seen many girls encouraged in their faith and understanding who Jesus is for the first time.

With the other leaders we run a Monday lunch time Bible Club for KS2 children. Each week we teach them from the Bible and then we have a game, activity and song. We have great fun together! |

Neil & I have been involved with the prayer diaries since the early days of the trust. My job has been to fold the prayer diaries, stick on name labels and deliver them to the participating churches. Neil drove and I popped in and out of the car!!! Since the diaries have been emailed we have far fewer to deliver. So now I just put them into the post rather than delivering them by hand. It doesn't take long these days, but each month comes around very quickly!

I have been a member of Insight General Committee for several years and I became aware of the need for administrative support in the office. Having retired I felt thst it was possible for me to volunteer my services for one morning a week. Having become a Christian through the Boys' Brigade and been involved with youth work for many years I know the importance of young people being exposed to the gospel. I am pleased to help in the office in any way I can but particularly enjoy helping Heather to prepare teaching material for Bible Clubs.
